Beef Waffles

Savory Beef Waffles (6 Dash-sized waffles)

Ingredients:

•  10 oz cooked/chilled London broil (or lean beef), finely chopped in food processor

•  4 large eggs

•  ¾ cup almond flour

•  ⅓ cup heavy cream (plus a little more if needed to reach batter consistency)

•  2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

•  1½ tsp garlic powder

•  1½ tsp onion powder

•  ¾ tsp red pepper flakes or powder (adjust for heat)

•  ¾ tsp coarse black pepper

•  ½–¾ tsp salt (taste the batter — go lighter if using soy/Worcestershire)

•  Optional: ½ tsp baking powder for a bit more lift

Instructions:

1.  Pulse the chilled beef in the food processor until finely chopped.

2.  In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Worcestershire/soy sauce, and all spices (including salt).

3.  Stir in the chopped beef, then gradually mix in the almond flour until you have a thick but scoopable batter. Add a splash more heavy cream (1 tsp at a time) if it feels too stiff — you want it to fill the 1/3 cup scoop nicely without being runny.

4.  Preheat your Dash waffle maker and lightly grease it.

5.  Scoop ⅓ cup batter per waffle. Cook until deep golden and crisp (usually 4–5 minutes in a Dash — check at 3–4 minutes the first time).

6.  Remove and let cool slightly on a rack — they crisp up more as they cool.

Yield: Should give you exactly 6 waffles with the ⅓ cup scoop. If you have a tiny bit of batter left, it’s perfect for a tester.

Garlic Cream Cheese Spread (enough for all 6)

•  5–6 oz cream cheese, softened

•  2 tbsp heavy cream (adjust for desired spreadability)

•  1 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)

•  ¼ tsp onion powder

•  Pinch of black pepper + red pepper

•  Optional: tiny dash of Worcestershire or soy

Mix everything until smooth and fluffy. Spread on the warm waffles.
